Idaho However, even though Idaho does not officially provide reciprocity, it waives the national component of the licensing test, prelicense schooling requirements, and any related broker experience requirements if you currently have a valid license in another jurisdiction.

Unless your present state does not provide “broker” licenses, you must possess a Principal or Designated Broker license in order to be eligible for a broker license in Idaho.

Vermont Vermont grants reciprocity to any other state that meets the qualifying requirements of 40 hours of instruction and takes both the state and national exams through the provider PSI or its subsidiary AMP, which is based in Vermont.
