How do I submit my Texas Sales Agent application?

TREC’s online portal allows you to submit your application and payment to become a Sales Agent. The time limit for meeting all licensure criteria begins on the date your application is filed and ends one (1) year afterwards. An inactive license will be provided to you once you have met all of the conditions. The TREC will issue you an eligibility letter if all of the application requirements have been satisfied. This letter will include an ID number that you will need in order to register to take the licensing examination.
